01 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the entity operating the bk990 platform and any user, whether registered or not. These Terms apply to all players located in Bangladesh and are in effect at all times.

04 Financial Transactions & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

Approved deposit methods at bk990 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).

4.2 Withdrawals

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

New members at bk990 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total ৳2,000.
Example: Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 (maximum limit) → Total ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed.
Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
Using bonuses through multiple accounts or from the same household or device is prohibited.
bk990 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
Bonus wagering will only be counted from bets placed with real money.

Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

The specific benefits, cashback amounts, and terms for each VIP tier may be changed at any time at bk990's discretion. Cashback is credited directly to the account and its own wagering requirements may apply.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Terms

The following terms apply to sports betting, casino games, slots, live games, and all other types of betting on bk990:

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
bk990 has the right to void any bet if an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error.
Bets placed by exploiting fraudulent means or system errors will be considered void.
Betting in violation of the fair play policy may result in account suspension.

7.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other sports, if a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to bk990's established rules. In the event of any dispute over results, bk990's decision is final.

7.3 Progressive & Live Games
