Learn About Us

bk990 was built on a simple but deeply held promise: to make Bangladesh's online gaming world safer, more transparent, and more enjoyable. We believe every Bangladeshi player deserves a platform where their money is secure, gameplay is fair, and winnings reach their hands quickly. That belief is what gave birth to bk990.

Our core goal is one — to give players from every corner of Bangladesh a world-class gaming experience, entirely in Bangla, through familiar payment methods, and on their own schedule. Deposits can be made from as little as ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer — because we want gaming to be within everyone's reach, not just players in big cities or with big budgets.

At bk990, every section — from cricket betting to live casino, slots, rummy, and Super Wheel — has been built with Bangladeshi tastes and preferences in mind. Our betting section stays on top of BPL, T20 World Cup, and every major cricket tournament, and the slots section brings together title games from leading providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and JILI, all under one roof.

To us, honesty is not just a word — it shows in our actions. Every transaction is secured with SSL encryption, every game operates under a fair play policy, and withdrawal requests are typically processed within just 10-45 minutes. We never make promises we don't keep — what we say is what we do.

Our support team is ready to assist in both Bangla and English, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Instant help is available via live chat, or you can reach us by email at [email protected]. We take every player's concern seriously — because your satisfaction is what drives us forward.

Responsible gaming is part of who we are. bk990 is operated for players aged 21 and above only. We want every player to enjoy gaming with joy, within limits, and with full awareness. To learn more about responsible gaming, visit our Responsible Gaming page.
